Rillettes from Fukushima

Straight from Fukushima, sweet and smooth “Anko no Tomo-ae”: rillettes of monkfish (flesh and liver), with miso, sugar and soy sauce; not “fishy” at all, so easy to pair. Proof? It brings an Oribe ramekin from Mino (Gifu Prefecture), a guinomi from Tokoname (Aichi Prefecture), Yuki no Bosha sake (Akita Prefecture) and food culture from Soma (Fukushima Prefecture) on the same picture.
